Technical Passport 는 GOST 2.608-78, GOST 2.105-95, GOST 2.601-2006규격에 맞추어 작성되어야 하며 TRCU인증 취득 시 인증기관에 참고자료로 제출되어야 한다.

TR CU 010/2011 “On safety of machinery and equipment”와 TR CU 032/2013 “On safety of equipment, which works under pressure”에서 규정하고 있는 기계류 및 설비, 압력용기 및 압력이 있는 제품에 대해서는 TRCU 인증서 발급을 위해 강제적으로 제출되어야 한다.
