Medical Registration Certificate
러시아에서 의료기기 제조, 수입, 판매를 위해서는 연방보건부 (the Federal Service for Supervision of Welfare – Roszdravnadzor) 에 의료기기등록이 의무적으로 이뤄져야 한다.
의료기기는 기기의 세부사양과 사용처, 목적, 위험도에 따라 아래의 같이 나뉜다.
Class 1. Low-Risk Products
- Microscopes
- Medical scales
- Hospital beds
- OR tables
- Dentists’ chairs
- Test spectacles, lenses, prisms
- Bandages and accessories
- Dental and surgical instruments for general purposes
111Class 2a. Average Risk Products
- Audiometer
- Spirometer
- Thermal imagers
- Laboratory equipment
- Surgical suction pumps
- Disinfection chambers
- Bactericidal lamps
- Glasses and contact lenses
- Devices for UHF, SHF, EHF, LF, magnetic therapy and laser therapy
- Apparatus for ventilation
- Containers for storage and transport of blood
- Oxygen inhaler
- Dental materials (cement, plastics, etc.)
Class 2b & 3. High-Risk Products
- Lithotripter
- Prosthetic heart valves
- Implants
- Prosthetic blood vessels
- Intrauterine contraceptives
- Devices for infusion and blood transfusion
- Pacemakers
- Lung machine and other vital organ replacers
의료기기등록 특이사항
의료기기등록은 해당 제품이 단종 될 때까지 유효하다. 의료기기 산업은 러시아 연방보건부에서 관리, 감독하는 만큼 필요서류 및 샘플테스트 절차가 기타 인증서발행 절차에 비교해 무척 까다롭다. 기술문서 심사 외 현지 Technical, EMC, Toxic, 임상실험(Clinical Test)을 위한 샘플테스트 및 Efficiency Evaluation, 보건부의 시험성적서 검토 후 위원회에서 등록 허가를 하기 때문에 등록기간은 최소 1년이상 소요된다. 의료기기등록 후 등록증을 근거로 해당 품목에 대한 GOST R 인증서와 국가위생등록증이 발행된다.
